Who Can Follow My Profile\ Profiles & Rate & Rank Them?

Anyone who "TENKED" you
(i.e., clicked on under your profile name)

• Anyone can give you a rating without "TENKing you"  .
  
  
• When you give a profile a rating, you can then leave a comment on the profile.
  
  
• You can change your rating at any time according to your opinion of a certain moment.
       For example. If you gave a low rating to a product or a place and then realised they improved it, you can change your rating and give it a higher rating.
  
  
• You need to "TENK"  a profile in order to get updates and notifications from it.
  
  
• You can evaluate a profile by giving it starts  ( 1-5) without TENKING or following it.
